Budgam , 26 September :- An annual function was organized at Sheikh-ul-Alam Public School, Dandoosa, Bemina, in which MLA Budgam Assembly Constituency Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi, along with officers from various government departments, participated as special guests.
During the event, the students presented various cultural and educational programmes, which were appreciated by the gathering. On the occasion, the speakers highlighted the importance of students’ educational, moral, and social development.
The students were also sensitized about staying away from various social evils, engaging in positive activities, and building a better future through education.
The speakers said that quality education and proper upbringing of children are the foundation of a strong and dignified society. They emphasized that parents, teachers, and every member of society must play their role in guiding and supporting children.
At the conclusion of the programme, prizes were distributed among the students who had excelled in various fields.
